As a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 20 years of dedication to the healthcare industry, I specialise in the Perioperative environment and have years of experience in leadership roles.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of roles across both public and private sectors, from large hospitals to small, specialised facilities.
My experience includes positions as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Unit Manager, and Clinical Nurse Educator, allowing me to witness firsthand the positive impact that proper training can have on the patient experience.
As a committed professional, I am a member of several reputable organizations, including the Australian College of Nursing, Australian College of Operating Room Nurses, and Australian College of Peri-Anaesthesia Nurses, which helps me stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices.
With the goal of providing small healthcare facilities access to educational resources required to meet legislative and accreditation requirements, I have created a platform that enables these facilities to fulfill their compliance needs.
